Raise Your English Level

Our Raise Your English Level programme is designed for international students who want to strengthen their English before moving on to full academic study in the UK. By joining for one or two terms, students can expect to improve their English by at least one level while enjoying the full experience of life at RGS Surrey Hills.

This programme combines specialist English tuition with immersion in a wide range of school subjects, activities, and boarding life. Students learn English in the most natural way — by living it every day in lessons, in the boarding house, and with friends from around the world.

What the programme includes

  • Extra English tuition to focus on grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills

  • Immersion in all subjects to practise English in real academic settings

  • Rich boarding life with evening activities, weekend trips, and cultural excursions

  • Progression routes into GCSEs, A Levels, the International Baccalaureate, or one of our Pathway Programmes

You are able to join for a term at a time.

Entry Requirements

A1 Level or above.

Fees

£17, 628 per term which includes boarding, lessons, activities, all meals.

Future

Students are able to enrol onto our 1 Year GCSE Programme, as well as GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate. You are also able to join one of our Pathway Programmes, another short course. Our students go on to being fantastic global citizens.

Uniform

There will be no cost for uniform. Once your child has arrived, they will be fitted with uniform.
