At the heart of RGS Surrey Hills is a dedicated leadership team who embody the values of our school. Their combined experience, passion, and vision drive everything we do.

Ms Hayley Robinson
Headmistress, RGS Surrey Hills

Hayley Robinson brings a deep and genuine understanding of the values that shape RGS Surrey Hills (formerly Box Hill School) and the wider RGS Group. Many families will know her from her time at Reigate Grammar School, where she held senior leadership roles from 2014 to 2020 and became widely respected for her commitment to academic excellence and exceptional pastoral care.

Hayley went on to broaden her experience as part of the senior leadership team at The Royal School, Haslemere between 2020 and 2023, further strengthening her expertise across both academic and pastoral development.

In 2023, she returned to the RGS family as Deputy Head Pastoral at RGS Surrey Hills. Her dedication to the children, community, and the school’s vision led to her appointment as the school’s first Headmistress in 2024.
