Meet the pupils who know the school best. Step into lessons and activities. Experience sport, music and creative life. Explore boarding and our new wellbeing provision. Meet the teachers who could be teaching your child.

Your visit will take you on a journey through life at RGS Surrey Hills – from their first days in Senior School to Sixth Form and the opportunities beyond.

“Children are seen as individuals. Their uniqueness, talents and interests are supported and nurtured by all staff.”

What will you discover?

Academic ambition

Discover an education that encourages pupils to think independently, work hard and aim high.

From GCSE through to Sixth Form, pupils are challenged and supported by teachers who know them well, with a choice of A Levels or the IB Diploma at 16+.

Known as an individual

A smaller school means we can know our pupils properly.

Teachers understand where a child needs support, where they need greater challenge and where their individual interests and strengths could take them.

Opportunities far beyond the classroom

Sport, music, drama, art, outdoor learning, leadership, trips and Round Square are all part of life at RGS Surrey Hills.

Open Day gives your child the chance to start discovering where they might find their place.

Day, Day Boarding and Boarding

Explore our boarding houses, meet pupils and staff and find out about the different options available to families.

From Day Boarding and weekly boarding to full and international boarding, there is flexibility to find what works for your family.

Experience RGS Surrey Hills

Your visit will take you through different parts of school life.

During the morning you can:

  • Meet our Head and senior leadership team
  • Tour the school with current pupils
  • See academic departments in action
  • Explore sport, music, drama and the arts
  • Visit our boarding houses
  • Discover our new health and wellbeing provision
  • Learn about GCSEs, A Levels and the IB Diploma
  • Talk directly to our Admissions Team

Bring your child with you. Open Day is as much an opportunity for them to imagine themselves here as it is for you to ask questions.

Where could their journey take them?

Choosing a school isn’t only about the next academic year.

It is about finding the place where your child can grow in confidence, discover what they are good at and begin to work out where they want to go next.

At RGS Surrey Hills, that journey can lead from Senior School through Sixth Form and on to universities and opportunities in the UK and around the world.

Come and see where it could begin.
