At RGS Surrey Hills, we look beyond grades alone. This year, 75% of our pupils exceeded their baseline predictions, with our strongest individual Value Added performance reaching +2 grades. This means that, on average across their subjects, the pupil achieved two whole GCSE grades higher than predicted.

Value Added helps us understand the progress each pupil makes by comparing their GCSE results with predictions based on baseline testing.
